requirements and then transfers these requirements to the off-shore team. The requirements
are properly documented and then transferred to the off-shore team. The Project
Manager, Team Leads and the rest of the team work off-shore and continuously support
the on-site Business Analyst. The entire off-shore development and testing phase
is transparent to client and the progress of the project can be monitored using

On-Site and Off-Shore Model (Combined)
The project team is distributed in onsite and off-shore groups. DataInvent Business
Analyst works on-site with the client to understand the business requirements and
then with the help of the Project Manager distributes the project tasks between
on-site and off-shore teams. Critical tasks which are required to be completed under
client’s supervision are assigned to the on-site teams and the rest of the tasks
are sent to off-shore team.
On-Site Model

on-site in this model to work closely with our client at every step of project development.
This model is generally followed on projects with continuously changing business
requirements and with the need for continuous support. QA and testing can be pushed
to off-shore for saving costs on the project.
